- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

- Lead the development and implementation of corrective action plans to address quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance to quality engineers and other team members on quality procedures and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving quality processes and reducing defects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards and experience with quality control procedures.
This position will be based in our climate-controlled office environment in Burlington, NC. The performance of this position will require exposure to the manufacturing areas where personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, and safety shoes are required.
