At Frito-Lay, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with store managers.
  • Unload orders, merchandise product, and maintain accurate records throughout the day.
  • Partner with store managers to increase sales, identify opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Run routes for team members, gain experience, and meet new customers.
  • Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
