  • Payroll Management: Develop a deep understanding of payroll processes and procedures, including preparation and maintenance of certified payroll reports.
  • Timecard Review: Review timecards for accuracy and reconcile variances to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Correspondence Management: Monitor the Payroll Inbox for all certified payroll correspondence and respond promptly to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide support to the Payroll and Benefits teams as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Construction Industry Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the construction industry.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role, as you will be required to identify and resolve complex payroll issues.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required for this role.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, with minimal supervision.
