RESUMEN:

  • El departamento actuarial en Lovefreedom Solution proporciona análisis y perspectivas para abordar desafíos empresariales en apoyo al crecimiento de la compañía.
  • Este departamento incluye divisiones como Fijación de Precios de Líneas Personales, Fijación de Precios de Líneas Comerciales, Reservas y Análisis Predictivo.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Como Analista Actuarial Senior, colaborarás con otros actuarios y colegas para resolver problemas empresariales cruciales. Los proyectos pueden incluir:
  • Realizar estudios de precios para evaluar la rentabilidad de los productos de seguros.
  • Analizar variables de calificación y sugerir ajustes en los precios.
  • Realizar análisis de competidores para mantenerse actualizado sobre los precios del mercado y los avances en productos.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Análisis Predictivo en esfuerzos de modelado.
  • Trabajar junto al departamento de Marketing para mejorar el retorno de inversión en gastos publicitarios.
  • Revisar datos de seguros basados en el uso y proponer modificaciones en los precios.
  • Analizar tendencias para comprender los cambios en la frecuencia y severidad de los reclamos de seguros.
  • Evaluar los efectos de la tecnología de prevención de accidentes en los reclamos de seguros de Auto.
  • Este puesto ofrece una combinación de trabajo presencial y teletrabajo semanalmente.

REQUISITOS:

  • Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia actuarial en P y C.
  • Título en Ciencias Actuariales, Matemáticas, Estadística, Economía o campos relacionados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Interés en obtener las credenciales ACAS y FCAS de la Sociedad Actuarial de Casualidad.
