Landscape Installation Team Supervisor

Position: Landscape Installation Team Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $19-27/hour based on experience

Role Overview:
As a Landscape Installation Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated crew to successfully execute various landscaping projects. This role requires a strong work ethic and a passion for outdoor physical labor.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and guide crew members in the installation of landscape features, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
2. Operate and manage all necessary equipment for landscape tasks, including dump trucks, skid loaders, tractors, and hand tools.
3. Train and mentor team members in standard landscape installation practices.

Requirements:
- Valid Iowa Driver's License is mandatory; a CDL license is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape construction is required.
- Familiarity with plant materials is beneficial but not essential.
- Knowledge of both hardscape and softscape installation techniques is necessary.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts
