We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional workspace while adhering to quality standards.
- Utilize software tools to assess, process, and evaluate products effectively.
- Implement FIFO (first in, first out) methodology for testing as necessary.
- Conduct minor troubleshooting on testing equipment as required.
- Follow all designated testing and operational protocols for the work area.
- Assist in key initiatives as directed by department leadership.
- Complete all required training and documentation as specified by the department manager.
- Ensure all tasks are performed accurately and without defects.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a quality assurance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and allocate resources effectively.
- Laboratory experience is preferred.
