Lead Nursing Supervisor

This is a working supervisory position involving oversight of the assigned nursing unit. The Lead Nursing Supervisor will supervise Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants, and cover in the absence or need of Primary Care Nurses. The role may also involve direct patient care by administering medication, providing primary skin care, assisting in modifying treatment regimen to meet patients' physical and psychosocial needs. Re-adjusts and reorganizes staff based on facility need.

What You'll Do
- Supervise Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants, and cover in the absence or need of Primary Care Nurses
- Participate in direct patient care by administering medication, providing primary skin care, assisting in modifying treatment regimen to meet patients' physical and psychosocial needs
- Re-adjusts and reorganizes staff based on facility need

The estimated salary for this role is $48.36-$63.64 per hour, which includes shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
