Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide high-quality service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare specialty coffee drinks in accordance with established recipes and procedures.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop, including equipment, displays, and floors.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions, handle cash, and maintain a secure cash drawer.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Retail and/or customer service experience preferred, with 3-6 months of related experience and/or training.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certification required.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
