About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at North Knoxville Medical Center.

As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our patients on the 3rd floor medical surgical unit. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent care and support to our patients and their families.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the 3rd floor medical surgical unit
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet patients' needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Associate Nursing Degree (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
  • RN License
