Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining safety compliance and cleanliness in the work environment.
- Managing exposure badges and administering CPR when necessary.
- Performing clerical tasks such as maintaining patient records and scheduling examinations.
- Quality Control Coordination: Ensure the quality of radiological images and manage patient flow efficiently, including:
- Conducting quality checks on film and ensuring proper labeling.
- Preparing radiology rooms and managing inventory.
- Assisting in annual inspections and quality control activities.
- Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and training to new technologists, ensuring effective performance assessments and maintaining positive departmental relations.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited AMA School of Radiology with an IDNS license.
- 1-3 years of experience as a general radiographer.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Health Information Systems and basic radiology equipment.
- Certified in radiology and registered by ARRT, with current CPR certification.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to make independent decisions regarding patient care and manage high-stress situations.
- Capability to lift and move patients, adhering to safety protocols.
