Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

Location: Nationwide

Shift: Full-Time, 8-Hour Night Shifts (Monday - Friday)

Salary Range: $25 - $36 per hour, based on experience

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Radiologic Technologist to join our team. In this full-time evening role, you will perform high-quality imaging procedures, ensure patient comfort and safety, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiologic imaging procedures according to established protocols and standards
  • Prepare patients for imaging exams, ensuring their comfort and positioning them properly
  • Communicate clearly with patients about the procedure and provide instructions as needed
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is clean and functioning properly
  • Adhere to safety protocols to protect patients and staff, including infection control and radiation safety measures
  • Maintain accurate medical imaging records and documentation in compliance with department standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
  • Monitor equipment performance and report issues as necessary
  • Serve as a preceptor to new team members and provide training on new services or equipment
  • Take call shifts as required

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
  • ARRT-R certification in Radiography
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 30 days of hire)
  • Licensed by the State of Texas as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT)
  • Less than 1 year of experience in radiology (new graduates are welcome to apply)
