Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at Nuvance Health. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse patient population.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established primary care practice with a team of experienced providers. You will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a fully integrated Electronic Health Record system.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote patient health and well-being
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A medical degree (MD or DO) and a valid Connecticut state license
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Experience in primary care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
