Primary Care Physician

Affiliated with Danbury Hospital, Nuvance Health, is seeking a Primary Care Physician for our Ridgefield Primary Care and Pediatrics Practice in Ridgefield, CT. We are looking for a full-time BC or BE IM/Peds (double boarded) or Family Medicine Physician to work in a well-established primary care practice that currently has 7 experienced providers - two med/peds physicians, one FP, one internist, two PA's and one ARNP. Office also has two behavioral health practitioners/therapists.
About the PracticeThe practice is in a new state-of-the-art 12,000 sq. foot facility with fully implemented EMR located 45 miles north of NYC within a picturesque New England town. It has a very strong sense of community, abundance of outdoor activities, proximity to theater, sports & cultural centers, and nationally renowned public and private schools which make this a tremendous location in which to practice medicine.
Job Requirements- MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration
- Have successfully completed a Family Medicine Residency or an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency
- Experienced Primary Care Physicians or new grads are welcome
- Must be Board Certified or be Board Eligible
- Off-hour coverage - Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only with nurse triage
