About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients who are critically ill or unstable following extensive injury, surgery, or life-threatening diseases.
  • Provide patient advocacy and support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Utilize advanced nursing skills to manage complex patient conditions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
  • BLS with skills demonstration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of RN experience on a L&D unit.
  • Bachelors in Nursing Preferred.
Compensation

$52.80/hour.
