Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Client Administrator to join our team at Aventiv Technologies, LLC. As a Field Service Client Administrator, you will be responsible for developing trusted advisor relationships with facility staff members, managing day-to-day services and support needs, and improving customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with facility staff members, account management, and other Securus personnel.
  • Research and resolve issues reported by agency staff members, escalating to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Communicate internally with clients and Securus personnel to facilitate resolution.
  • Open, address, resolve, and track tickets, advising customers and Securus personnel of service-affecting issues.
  • Maintain partnership and regular communication with account management.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Attend onsite meetings as designated by facility leadership.
  • Perform basic technical support functions, including password resets and handouts, user setup, and product training.
  • Travel to neighboring facilities within an assigned region, sometimes with minimal lead time.
  • Assist Tech Support in maintaining computer hardware, software, and equipment.
  • Perform kiosk maintenance, including keyboard, USB replacement, camera adjustment, and other tasks.
  • Oversee the rollout of services for newly acquired clients to align both parties' interests.
  • Manage and maintain assigned company inventories and assets.
  • Distribute tablets and accessories to approved incarcerated individuals.
  • Collect and track customer statistics and trends to inform future account behavior and opportunities.
  • Understand systems, training, and support needs for assigned clients and refer them to account managers and internal customer training as needed.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel from facility to facility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new technology.
  • Ability to work well in an energized, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant work experience in a technology or telecommunications industry.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and office equipment.
  • Occasionally reach, stoop, or kneel.
  • Regularly walk and climb steps.
  • Regularly lift up to 20 lbs; occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
