Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care that meets their individual needs.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring that patients receive the necessary support and resources to transition to their next level of care.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan required.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting required.
  • Leadership experience and strong communication skills preferred.
