Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Trident Regional Medical Ctr SC. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine equipment. Your expertise will be essential in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging and dosing, to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and computers, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: BLS, CNMT or ARRT (NM)
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in nuclear medicine or a related field
  • Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in nuclear medicine equipment and software
