Job Summary

Trident Regional Medical Ctr SC is seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic procedures using radioactive materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging and dosing, to diagnose and treat patients
• Prepare and administer radioactive materials, ensuring proper handling and disposal
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret results and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements

• Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or Registered Technologist (NM)
• BLS certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with GE Discovery 630 and Infinia equipment, as well as Xeleris V software
• Ability to rotate to different shifts and work weekends as needed
