Position Summary:

We are actively seeking a Site Facilities and Equipment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be innovative, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers and field supervisors. Your responsibilities will include overseeing vehicle and equipment logistics, managing equipment flow, transporting materials to and from job sites, and ensuring the facility is well-maintained throughout the year. Additionally, you will be expected to uphold K&W Electric, Inc.'s safety protocols and serve as a role model for fellow employees.

K&W Electric, Inc. operates a variety of construction equipment, including bucket trucks, digger derricks, backhoes, skid steers, excavators, lifts, and fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Supervisors to track vehicle and equipment status, location, and prioritize requests.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment entering and exiting the facility and various job sites.
  • Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites as required.
  • Load and unload semi-trailers and project trailers as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A valid Class A CDL and the ability to meet company driving standards.
  • Successful completion of drug and background screenings.

Salary is negotiable based on qualifications, including knowledge and prior experience.
