Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Winter Track Crew Member. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting with track surface building, preparation, and maintenance to support our engineering staff.

Your duties will include cleaning, maintenance, and repair of all buildings, equipment, and track support. You will also assist with duties within the facility, track, and equipment maintenance as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plowing, blowing, and sweeping snow using various equipment and tools.
  • Grading snow fields with a grader groomer or landscape rake.
  • Building and maintaining ice surfaces using hand water cans, water trucks, and hoses.
  • Setting up and removing cones as needed.
  • Maintaining all building care and cleaning maintenance.
  • Removing garbage and keeping facilities clean.
  • Assisting with lubrication, oil changes, and guided mechanic maintenance.
  • Maintaining recycling programs.
  • Assisting with facility maintenance and lockdown procedures.
  • Monitoring fuel pump readings.
Requirements

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires all individuals assigned to the activity to be drug-free.
