Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Winter Track Crew Member. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our winter operations.

Responsibilities
  • Plowing, blowing, and sweeping snow using various equipment, including trucks, tractors, graders, groomers, loaders, blowers, or hand tools.
  • Grading snow fields with a grader groomer or landscape rake.
  • Maintaining ice surfaces by hand, using water cans, water trucks, and hoses.
  • Setting up and removing cones as needed.
  • Performing building care and cleaning maintenance tasks.
  • Removing garbage and maintaining recycling.
  • Assisting with lube, oil change, and guided mechanic maintenance.
  • Maintaining fuel pump readings.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
