Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to our high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and leaders to resolve any issues or concerns.
What We're Looking For:
  • A dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Basic computer and POS knowledge is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous food service experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
