Under the supervision of the Outlet Manager, the Sales Associate will support the operations of Kentbondart's outlet retail location.

This role requires a friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable individual to represent the King's brand effectively to customers visiting our outlet.

The ideal candidate will excel in engaging with customers regarding King's products, delivering exceptional sales and customer service, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store remains clean and inviting. A genuine enthusiasm for the outdoor and hunting industry, along with a solid understanding of the King's Camo brand, is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and attentive in-person customer service.
  • Keep the showroom floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
  • Provide customer service assistance through various communication channels.
  • Support the Outlet Manager with additional tasks related to wholesale, ecommerce, and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • A motivated, adaptable, assertive, and sociable personality, comfortable speaking to groups.
  • Ability to work on-site at the outlet location.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • A strong passion for the hunting or outdoor sector.
