Job Summary:

As an Engineering Supervisor - Electrical Routings & Packaging, you will play a critical role in leading a team of engineers to design and develop cutting-edge electrical systems for our trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers to meet schedule, performance, cost, weight, and reliability requirements.
  • Supervise and develop team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop electrical systems, including mechanical design teams, Advanced Manufacturing, and Operations.
  • Identify and initiate routing designs of complex nature and conduct necessary research incidental to design.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of electrical system design, automotive electronics, and relevant tools and technologies.

Requirements:
  • BSEE/MSEE or equivalent engineering degree required; Master's degree and PE license preferred.
  • 5+ years of design experience, preferably with routing of electrical harnessing; PACCAR/manufacturing plant experience desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous supervisory and/or lead experience preferred.
