Tax Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Expert to join our team at Intuit. As a Tax Expert, you will play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of taxation and prepare their taxes with ease.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation to our customers using Intuit TurboTax products.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries.
- Interact with customers through video and audio tools, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria and willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
