At Intuit, we're seeking a skilled Tax Expert to join our team and help our customers navigate the complexities of taxation. As a Tax Expert, you'll have the opportunity to work 100% remotely and collaborate with a talented team from the comfort of your home or office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation using Intuit TurboTax products.
  • Manage product/software inquiries and utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate and clear information to customers.
  • Document interactions to maintain accurate records and utilize state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
  • Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
  • Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria and willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
