About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Software Engineer II to join our team at Worldpay. As a key member of our Agile development environment, you will be responsible for maintaining and automating our AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Pulumi. Your expertise in containerization technology, such as Docker and EKS, will be essential in setting up, building, and managing CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub actions, kpack, and XLDeploy. Additionally, you will provide technical support and consultation to development teams, ensuring that software development follows established processes and works as intended.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and automate AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Pulumi
- Experience in containerization technology (e.g. Docker, EKS)
- Setup, build, and manage CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub actions, kpack, and XLDeploy)
- Provide technical support and consultation to development teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience as a DevOps/Cloud Engineer
- Experience in K8s (containerization technology) and Terraform (infrastructure as code)
- Experience in AWS infrastructure management and automation
- Experience in one or more coding/scripting languages (ReactJS, C#, Python, Bash)
- Experience in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Linux System Fundamentals
- Experience with CI/CD automation and deployment
- Knowledge around monitoring, alerting, and logging (Splunk)
- Experience in Configuration Management (Ansible)
- Certification is a plus (in Cloud/IaC/Containerized Applications)
