The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Global Social team, you will work closely with international teams to create engaging social media content and strategies that showcase Kyndryl's mission and values.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global social media strategies across all Kyndryl social channels
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams on social content
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with Comms, Events, Content, and other teams
  • Ideate brand initiatives and activations in partnership with the marketing team
  • Support social media content calendar and posting schedule across all platforms
  • Assist with social community management and respond to direct messages, comments, and concerns in a timely manner
  • Review and edit regional social strategies and content calendars
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and emerging platforms
