We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Specialist to join our team, responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various appliances for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose a range of home appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, washing machines, dryers, and other appliances.
  • Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installations according to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Provide accurate quotes and estimates to clients for the repair work required.
  • Order and source necessary parts for repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and parts used.
  • Liaise with clients on a regular basis to keep them informed about the status of repair work.
  • Provide recommendations to clients on maintenance of their appliances.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on our provided portal.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • General Liability insurance preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in appliance repair.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Currently living in the U.S.
