  • Grant Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for grant applicants, recipients, and their families, responding promptly to inquiries about the grant application process, status updates, and general information.
  • Grant Distribution: Process grants applications, ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate, and coordinate the logistics of fund disbursement, including processing paperwork and liaising with the finance department.
  • Reporting: Collect and organize data related to grant applications, disbursements, and outcomes, and assist in preparing regular reports on grant activities, including application statistics, fund distribution, and program impact.
  • Data Management: Manage and maintain the grant program's database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and implement and optimize data collection processes to support program evaluation and reporting needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in grant management, program coordination, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with database management and CRM systems; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
