Location:
Wheeling, IL - Corporate Office

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and review inventory and margin reports, conducting thorough research and analytical studies to assess cost structures and profitability.
2. Ensure the accuracy of moving-average costs through diligent verification processes.
3. Prepare detailed analyses of various account balances and assist in the month-end closing procedures.
4. Process inventory-related invoices and manage submission for payments.
5. Coordinate cycle counts and oversee physical inventory assessments.
6. Generate summary reports for management regarding changes in inventory value and quantity.
7. Undertake special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
