Realty Operations Manager

We are a dynamic real estate company located in Frederick, MD, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions. Our team is passionate about helping agents succeed and delivering timely, efficient services.
Job Description:- Provide top-notch customer support to our agents and clients.
- Mastery of our tech platform for agent onboarding and training.
- Host tech workshops for agents, introducing new features and enhancing their skills.
- Coordinate agent onboarding tasks, ensuring seamless integration with other memberships.
- Implement and maintain streamlined systems for maximum efficiency.
$21.60 - $26.45 per hour (full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Bonus opportunities after one year, additional investment opportunities after one year, paid vacation, holiday, and medical leave, growth potential, future job opportunities, medical insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan.
Requirements and Qualifications- Two years of office and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Passionate about helping others and maintaining an organized office environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-driven individual with strong follow-through and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for technology, willingness to learn and launch new features.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
