About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the construction and activation of new Small cells and Macros into our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Track milestones and coordinate across disciplines on missing, upcoming, and past-due tasks.
  • Change Management: Manage changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.
  • Financial Management: Manage RFPs, price matrices, quotes, equipment order submittals, invoicing, material release, and capital budget management.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize ERP, Fuze, and other Enterprise tools to manage projects from inception through completion.
  • Internal Deliverables: Manage internal deliverables to ensure a consistent workflow for vendors.
  • Reporting and Standardization: Track handoff intervals and average timelines for milestone benchmarks. Standardize reporting, workflows, and processes across disciplines and tools.
  • Utility Coordination: Drive and coordinate with Utility Companies and related Milestones and data in the tools.
  • Workload Management: Coordinating workload and distribution of work activities between internal & external workgroups to ensure timely delivery of sites.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate, discuss & resolve moderately complex issues with implementation teams under limited supervision.
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and technical direction to internal & external partners to ensure that all details of projects are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Experience: Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Experience managing projects and process/program management experience. Experience with budget tracking, cost estimation, and cost accounting of capital plans.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience in wireless construction. General knowledge of Macro/ Small Cell New Site Build construction. Experience in Fuze. Exceptional time management and communication skills. Knowledge in the fields of Cell Site Construction, Grounding, Transport, RF Fundamentals and RF Cabling, Antenna Mounting and Modifications, fiber installation and standards, and A&E Concepts.
