VP of Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to join our team at Clearstory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of engineering strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development, a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams, and a passion for innovation and collaboration. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, inspiring and leading a talented engineering team, and implementing processes that enhance our product delivery and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage a more efficient engineering process
• Create a work culture where engineers are excited to work and recruit for our Series B roadmap
• Design, implement, and manage a more efficient Quality Assurance process

Requirements:

• Experience running venture-backed Series A+ engineering teams
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, React, and Go
• Experience with Kubernetes and containers
• Experience leading Agile development
• Willingness to be hands-on and scrappy
