Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize scanning technology to manage inventory levels and optimize stockroom operations.
  • Conduct cycle counting and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Pick and pack orders, including documentation and verification.
  • Restock inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment.
  • Process and distribute supplies in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a basic understanding of product numbers and units of measure to effectively manage inventory.
  • Verify expiration dates and maintain a clean and orderly stocking area.
  • Ensure a compliant ready state in all assigned areas, adhering to CHRISTUS Health standards.
  • Perform tasks in INFOR (ERP System) appropriately, including transactions in Par Specialist, Warehouse Clerk, and Mobile Supply Chain Mgmt.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop basic computer skills and effectively communicate with colleagues and management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the CHRISTUS Health team.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
Work Environment

Full-time position with a TBD work schedule.
