Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at RegalCare at Holyoke. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing fluids and nourishment throughout scheduled shifts.
  • Help residents with personal hygiene and maintain their living areas clean and tidy.
  • Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
  • Document resident food and fluid intake.
  • Assist residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
  • Transport residents within the facility.
  • Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
  • Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all residents and facility data.
Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid MA CNA certificate in good standing. Experience is not required, and new CNA grads are welcome. RegalCare requires evidence of COVID-19 vaccination for all personnel and affiliates who will be present at a facility. Religious and medical exemptions will be provided in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
