Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Manager

vTech Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to lead our team in Chicago, Illinois.

Job Summary

As a Cardiac Cath Lab Manager, you will be responsible for managing the invasive cardiac and electrophysiology services across our facility. You will supervise the clinical and nonclinical staff in the invasive cardiovascular laboratories, including cardiac cath and EP labs and hybrid room(s). You will formulate and implement policies and procedures, support quality improvement initiatives, review outcome measures, and initiate needed change.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the invasive cardiac and electrophysiology services across our facility.
  • Supervise the clinical and nonclinical staff in the invasive cardiovascular laboratories.
  • Formulate and implement policies and procedures.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Review outcome measures and initiate needed change.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
  • Five (5) years of full-time nursing experience.
  • Three (3) years of full-time experience in procedural unit, laboratory, and/or operating room.
  • Two (2) years of full-time management and/or supervisory experience.
  • Active Advanced Cardiovascular certification.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
