Your Role:
In our dynamic and rewarding environment, our nurses are expected to:
- Deliver both direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process: Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive nursing care plans.
- Effectively communicate any changes in a patient's clinical status to Physicians, Nursing Supervisors/Managers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Engage in the discharge planning process to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 30 days of hire.
Required Skills:
Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.
