Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team at Recruit Monitor. This role will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless coordination of services and equipment for our clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Under direct supervision, this role will be responsible for preparing customer call sheets to coordinate PSL services and equipment for jobsites as directed by the Service Coordinator. You will communicate with customers, service supervisors, service specialists, and coordinators for accurate gate-to-gate coordination and verbally dispatch equipment and personnel accordingly. Additionally, you will be responsible for electronically dispatching and posting actuals in the SAP scheduling board and documenting customer call requirements. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements/Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or similar education and 3 years of related experience. Knowledge of location services and equipment is preferred. You must also be familiar with SAP scheduling boards and possess basic computer data processing skills, including simple spreadsheets and common word documents. As part of our team, you will promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness and comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. You will also ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines and take an active part in quality improvement processes.

Salary
We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
