Job Summary

The Bulk Operator is a critical role at Cremer North America, responsible for loading and unloading non-hazardous and hazardous bulk chemicals across facility grounds. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload bulk chemicals from rail cars, trucks, and ISO containers
Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and yard trucks, to move materials around the facility
Transfer chemicals from one vessel to another, including tanker trucks, totes, and tanks
Perform autonomous maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating equipment
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; position-specific vocational education or experience preferred
Basic computer skills, including accessing networks and inputting data
Ability to work in ambient temperatures, up to 70 feet in height, and for extended periods
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
