We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a contract position in the 2024-2025 school year.

Salary and Benefits:
This full-time position offers an estimated annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience. We also provide a competitive compensation package, including individualized pay, direct and indirect hours compensation, health, vision, dental insurance, and a 401K plan available for assignments working 30 or more hours per week.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will work as a Speech Language Pathologist in an elementary school setting, providing therapy services to students with varying needs. The caseload will be approximately 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students and contribute to the success of our team.
Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology, be ASHA certified, and hold a license to practice as an SLP in Pennsylvania. Previous experience in schools is preferred but not required. We offer support for CFY supervision and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in an elementary school setting
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapy services into the curriculum
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of student data
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry trends
