Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Adherence to safety protocols as outlined in the company's safety program.
  • Familiarity with various construction machinery.
  • Understanding of maintenance practices for construction equipment.
  • Ability to take initiative and seek clarification when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directives.
  • Personal safety footwear is required.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential, including reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction layout and reading blueprints.
  • OSHA 10 Certification.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sites for concrete placement, which includes final excavation and grading.
  • Assemble and position concrete forms, requiring physical lifting and placement of materials.
  • Operate concrete buckets to transfer materials from trucks to designated areas, ensuring even distribution.
  • Assist in the removal and storage of concrete forms post-curing.
  • Support concrete finishers with equipment used for surface finishing.
  • Aid masons by transporting essential materials like cement and bricks.
  • Assist carpenters in the handling and installation of door frames.
  • Manage the loading, unloading, and distribution of construction materials and tools on-site.
  • Foster a safe working environment by identifying and communicating potential hazards.
