Aveanna Healthcare LPN Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with the healthcare team
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our electronic system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • 6 months of hands-on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation
