We are inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.
Our RN Residency with Providence St Joseph Health will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors.
As a recent graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, you will thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best nurses, we must empower them.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty is preferred upon hire, unless otherwise indicated
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
