As a resident, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced nurses and participate in a comprehensive curriculum that includes simulation, hands-on training, and mentorship. Our program is tailored to meet the needs of new graduates, with a focus on developing the skills and knowledge required to excel in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Our residency program is built on the principles of patient-focused, whole-person care, and we're committed to creating a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
