About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Swim and Fitness Center Attendant at The Cape on Kiawah. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the swim and fitness center areas, including the pool, locker rooms, and equipment.
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the swim and fitness center facilities, including reporting any safety concerns or issues to management.
  • Support the delivery of programs and services, including swim lessons, fitness classes, and special events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
