Your role will involve managing project milestones and coordinating resource needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster client relationships by delivering project status updates to clients and leadership.
  • Oversee budget reports, cost and revenue forecasts, change orders, and other financial documentation for projects.
  • Engage in project meetings with internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain project scope and ensure timelines are met.
  • Generate budget analysis reports, cost and revenue forecasts, change orders, and other necessary documentation.
  • Delegate tasks and mentor Project Engineers, providing coaching and performance feedback as needed.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant experience.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small teams effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.
  • Solid financial understanding and acumen.
  • Exceptional project management expertise.
  • Experience in managing subcontractors.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
