Job Description:Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dialysis team at Mount Sinai Health System. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in nephrology. Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in dialysis care
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and satisfaction


Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York State
  • Demonstrated experience working in a dialysis or critical care environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Salary and Benefits:$64,200 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
