Position Overview

The Seasonal Retail Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience for our fans. This position involves direct customer interaction, maintaining retail standards, and executing sales transactions efficiently. Seasonal Retail Associates are expected to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome fans and engage them to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer interactions.
  • Enhance brand loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to high standards of organization.
  • Process transactions accurately using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Uphold professionalism and represent the Fanatics brand positively.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for extended hours during game days and events.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.

  • Ability to build knowledge of team and league merchandise.
