About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team at Servicon. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional custodial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of environmental services staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to staff.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and work to deliver services that meet or exceed their expectations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in environmental services or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
